  • loans to help individuals and organizations start businesses, loans to individuals to develop affordable housing
• training in financial literacy, business development, social enterprise, and energy efficiency auditing
• housing and commercial space:
  • development and management of affordable housing and commercial non-profit space

• NB Social Impact Fund
  • provides a social and financial return by helping to create jobs, affordable housing, and social innovation in New Brunswick
