Community Financial Counselling Services

CFCS offers services to help Manitobans build their capacity to make informed choices about resources, personal money matters and debt challenges, and to navigate the financial systems that impact their daily lives. Services include providing free tax filling for eligible individuals under the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (including virtual tax filing) and supports to access to benefits. CFCS can also refer Nunavut residents to local resources for you.
