To qualify for Child Care Subsidy the child must attend a regulated child care service in Newfoundland and Labrador and the family must:
- Submit a fully completed Child Care Subsidy Funding Application
- Meet service needs eligibility requirements
- Meet financial assessment eligibility requirements
- Meet residency requirements
- Be a Canadian citizen (as defined in the Citizenship Act), permanent resident or have protected person status (as defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act), an Asylum seeker/ Refugee Protection Claimant.

A statement from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to each taxpayer, every year, after you have filed a tax return. It tells you the amount of income tax you owe, or the amount of the refund you will get.
