- group activities, workshops and one-on-one support for newly arrived immigrants and refugees of all ages to help integrate them into their new community and establish social and professional networks
- social and recreational mental health
- wellbeing programs for seniors, adults and youth
- Service Navigation Program -- support residents of Jane and Finch and of Northwest Toronto in accessing mental health services and social supports
- financial literacy and support services for low income individuals, families, newcomers and/or youth
- income tax clinic
- workshops and resources
- one-on-one support with a mobile community financial worker for those facing financial barriers
- assists seniors from various ethnocultural groups to live independently and remain healthy
- social and recreational workshops, social groups
- in partnership with other senior focused community agencies to ensure seniors are provided with the support they need
