Community Well-being

  • wellbeing programs for seniors, adults and youth
  • Service Navigation Program -- support residents of Jane and Finch and of Northwest Toronto in accessing mental health services and social supports
Financial Empowerment and Problem Solving (FEPS)
  • financial literacy and support services for low income individuals, families, newcomers and/or youth
  • income tax clinic
  • workshops and resources
  • one-on-one support with a mobile community financial worker for those facing financial barriers
Seniors programs
  • assists seniors from various ethnocultural groups to live independently and remain healthy
  • social and recreational workshops, social groups
  • in partnership with other senior focused community agencies to ensure seniors are provided with the support they need
