The New Brunswick Child Tax Benefit (NBCTB), Working Income Supplement, and School Supplements are non-taxable benefits paid to qualifying families with children under the age of 18. Benefits are combined with the Canada Child Benefit into a single monthly payment.

If you are a low-income rental household in need, you may be able to get help from the Public Housing Program which helps households get affordable, adequate and suitable rental accommodation by subsidizing rents in publicly owned rental dwellings.

If you live in Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island or Saskatchewan and you file your taxes, you may be able to get this benefit to offset the cost of the government of Canada’s pollution pricing.
