Do you have an illness or injury from your service in Canada’s Armed Forces (the military) or the RCMP? Disability Benefits are financial recognition for the impact this service-related injury or disease can have on your life.

This program is paid to a spouse or common-law partner and dependent children if a Canadian Armed Forces member has died as a result of a service-related injury or disease if the death was within 30 days after the injury occurred or the disease was contracted.
