To apply:
- You must be a member in good standing of a recognized YSGB (Yukon Sport Governing Body).
- You must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or a person whose family is in Canada on a work visa, for at least 12 months before the submission deadline.
- You must be a resident of the Yukon six months before the submission deadline.

Proof of residency in Province

- household bill
- gas
- electricity
- cable television
- telephone
- driver's license
- vehicle registration or car insurance
- membership in social or professional organization

To apply:
- Complete electronically the Yukon High Performance Athlete Assistance Program application form. (Do not fill out by hand)
- Ensure the declaration is signed by the president and head coach of your YSGB.
- Include the supporting documents as outlined in the application form.
- Send the completed application form and supporting documents one of three ways:

- The application deadline in 2021 was April 15th. Check again next year for the 2022 application deadline.
- You will find out the results approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the funding deadline. The adjudication meetings are held typically at the end of May.
