ACSA Community Services ACSA
ACSA offers multiple programs addressing poverty, hunger, housing, homelessness, unemployment, accessibility, and social isolation. ACSA aims to act as a bridge between people who need help and those who can provide it.

EBO Financial Education Centre
The EBO Centre is a non-profit organization serving the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario region. We offer free services such as multiple year tax returns, budget advice and coaching, benefits applications and financial education.
Jane Finch Community and Family Centre
Our vision is a healthy Jane Finch community – strong, inclusive, socially and politically active through diversity, opportunity and participation.
Legal Aid Ontario
Legal Aid Ontario funds 79 legal clinics that provide free services for people with low income. Clinics provide legal help for problems relating to basic needs: income, housing, and human rights. Services include representation in courts and tribunals, legal advice, law reform activities, and referrals to other sources of assistance in your community.
North York Community House
North York Community House (NYCH) is committed to building strong, vibrant communities – serving over 15,000 residents in northwest Toronto every year. We help transform lives by working with people, understanding their needs, and supporting them in achieving their goals. For 30 years, we have been opening doors for new Canadians; supporting youth, parents and seniors in becoming active, engaged citizens; and creating opportunities for residents to improve their lives and lead positive change in their neighbourhoods.
Prince Edward Learning Centre
Prince Edward Learning Centre provides a safe, creative, “person-centred” environment for lifelong learning. PELC offers free tax filing clinics through the CVITP, as well as systems navigation and benefits screening services.
Shelley Cares Foundation
Shelley Cares Foundation is a non-profit organization serving families in Toronto to confront poverty and hunger. Free tax filing services are also offered from February to April each year.
The Working Centre
The Working Centre’s main projects give people access to tools to create their own work combined with continuous ways of learning and co-operating. The Working Centre organizes its projects into six areas; the Job Search Resource Centre, St. John’s Kitchen, Community Tools, Access to Technology, Affordable Supportive Housing and the Waterloo School for Community Development.
Thunder Bay Counselling
Thunder Bay Counselling is a not-for-profit, registered charitable organization that aims to strengthen and support people’s quality of life through the provision of responsive mental health services. We provide financial counselling, addiction and mental health services, counselling and psychotherapy, specialized services for children and youth, Employee Assistance Programs and education and training.
West Neighbourhood House - The Meeting Place Adult Drop-in
West Neighbourhood House is a non sectarian social services agency, located in west central Toronto, with a catchment area going from the lakeshore in the south to Bloor Street in the north and from Bathurst Street in the east to Roncesvalles Avenue in the west.
WoodGreen Community Services - Financial Empowerment and Tax Clinic
Free financial literacy, counselling, and guidance to individuals and families living on a low income needing support to address financial challenges and goals. Staff help with issues such as finding benefits for which clients are eligible, completing applications, creating budgets, finding ways to save money, and understanding financial options.

Ability Tax and Trust Advisors
Ability Tax and Trust Advisors is a tax, trust, and estate planning firm created primarily for persons with a disability and their families. Affiliated with PooranLaw Professional Corporation, we provide integrated services that include disability tax reviews and applications, taxpayer relief requests, personal and trust tax filings, tax appeals, and estate and trust planning.
British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society
BCANDS provides a vast array of services to eligible individuals, families and organizations, both within Indigenous communities and urban and rural centres. If you are an Indigenous person living with a disability, or a community or organization requiring disability or health information and support services, BCANDS may be able to assist.
Disability Alliance Canada
At Disability Alliance Canada (DAC), we provide step-by-step support through applications, renewals, denials, and appeals. We can also help people apply for any benefit related to the DTC once approved.

French-speaking, community based, government funded organization providing support for people with disabilities, their caregivers and organizations who work with them.
Plan Institute
Plan Institute is a non-profit social enterprise that works to improve the lives of people with disabilities by collaborating on community-based projects, providing educational training, and advocating for policy reform.
