The Child Care Subsidy can help you if you are having trouble paying for your child to attend a licensed childcare centre, family day home or school-aged program. You may be able to get up to $688 per month for childcare.

Yukon families with a lower income may have an opportunity to apply for funding for their children, aged 0 to 18 years, to participate in sport and recreational activities in the Yukon Kids Recreation Fund.

The Yukon Child Benefit is a non-taxable amount paid monthly to help low and modest-income families with the cost of raising children under 18 years of age. This amount is combined with the CCB into a single monthly payment.

If you are a dependent child under 25 and your parent is living with a disability or they die, you may be able to get a monthly payment from this benefit if your parent was getting Canada Pension Plan benefits. If you live in Quebec, you should refer to the Quebec Pension Plan (QPP) instead, and contact Retraite Québec if you have any questions.

This benefit provides a monthly, tax-free benefit for families who care for a child under age 18 with a severe and prolonged physical or mental disability.
